The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.
Jan. 17th, 2006 07:03 pmAwesome, insightful, and funny review and breakdown of the movie, link stolen from
kalquessa. I'd quote neat parts, but I think that'd just spoil it. I'll say that I was very amused by the Aragorn joke, though.
I saw the movie before I left for Europe, so I don't really remember what thoughts I had on it, if any. Mostly, I didn't remember the book enough to mind any changes -- and apparently not much was changed anyway -- and I just went with it, and it was good. Not as deeply moving as Lord of the Rings, but I didn't really expect it to be. So yeah. Good movie. Not an object of obsession, but I'd watch it again, and will probably get the DVD.
