The Ch21 set this week is absolutely ridiculous. The TA sent out 5 emails and 2 2-page addenda of hints, dropped one of the parts, and said we could just say pretty much whatever on another. And it still makes no sense and takes forever.

You'd think he'd learned after the first set took us all forever and the only questions we had real issues with on the midterm were the two written by him. Something about how he needs to learn the difference between "covered in class" or "discussed in the book" as opposed to "mentioned once in a sentence". Our current theory is that he falls asleep in lecture, then starts awake and goes, "Oh! It says permutation operator on the board! I'd better include that on the set. *scribbles down*" -_-

The important question for next term has changed from "There's going to be a different prof, right?" to "They're going to fire the TA, right?" -_-
