I cannot understand how, given all the time I spend at my desk everyday, I come back from the bathroom to a voicemail at least once a week. It's not like I get that many calls in general. (Or spend that much time in the bathroom.)

[This post was meant to be a Facebook update, but given my evolving Facebook audience, I figured it was better posted here. And by "evolving", I'm referring both to having more co-workers as friends and to Facebook's screwing around with privacy settings.]

In a kind of backward way, it makes sense. Of course you won't have voicemail when you're sitting at your desk, because then you'd just take the call when it came. :)

Yeah, but how do they manage to call right when I'm gone? It's statistically improbable.
