I had an extended email exchange with someone asking how to download my Winamp skins. It was hard to figure out what her problem was, but it seemed like she could only get the individual bitmaps or something. Finally she understood my explanations, and then . . . she told me that she doesn't have the program. o_O;; I dunno, I guess maybe she thought the skins were self-contained or something. Still, it's a lot crazier than people thinking they're Xanga skins. ¬.¬

Okay, back to ChE paper.

I've had those exchanges myself, and they can get very frustrating. I have never been able to understand how "click. save." became such a complicated process for people.

Oh, was this your first of those? It doesn't usually take mine that long to mention not having Winamp, but the people who unzip the file then don't know what to do with it are a staple.

Today, I got an email from a guy who didn't know what skins *were.* "Are they skins for music players?"

Haha, you guys make me feel so sheltered and innocent.

I guess I don't get that many emails about skins -- probably has something to do with the fact that our email addresses are hidden at the bottom of the About page. ^^;;
