Almost done with catching up with the internets. LJ flist ran out 4 days short, so if something was posted between August 19 and 22 that deserves my attention, please tell me. (It doesn't take much to deserve my attention, BTW.)

Am now hitting reality like a brick wall.

Nothing is really going wrong or anything, it's just overwhelming to think about all at once. Work starts Tuesday, but I'm not sure if I reliably fit into my suits anymore. I need to find an apartment, but I don't know when I'm going to look, and it seems like there are very few options in the first place. I don't have health insurance anymore. I completely wore out my shoes while in Japan and at the same time my usual shopping website decided to stop stocking them, so I have to go find them somewhere else. I need to write to people at the firm to let them know what's going on with me before I see them again in January (long overdue; should have done it right after the bar) and thank the people I met in Tokyo (starting to become overdue now that I'm back).

I guess bar trips are meant to let you de-stress from the bar exam, but they're not really effective against anything that happens afterwards.
