Blargh. And I say again, blargh.

Bad idea: reading most of the Greed Island arc in a very brief amount of time and then having delirious dreams about spell cards and using "gain".
So yeah. Been sick since Wednesday night, when I first registered a fever. Thursday afternoon it was 102.6; went to the health center, which took blood and urine samples and told me to take some non-aspirin. Went back the next day to find out it was a "fever of unknown origin" but that the other results were consistent with a viral infection which my body seemed to be fighting off just fine on its own. Been sleeping fitfully and sitting around miserably and whatnot since then. My fever's mostly gone now, I think, but my stomach is very unhappy with me. I haven't had any trouble keeping things down, really, but every time I try to eat, it sure feels like I will.
The worst feeling ever when you're sick must be not wanting to go to sleep for fear that you'll be that much more miserable when you wake up. Yeah, sleeping's supposed to help you get better, but it's definitely not a monotonic function.
Anyway, been meaning to post about moving (now two weeks ago) and SURFing at JPL and all that. Maybe that'll happen when I feel better. If it doesn't happen before AX, though, don't expect it to happen at all.
