So I appear to be the only still-updating animanga skinner who puts easter eggs in her skins. (Well, and my sister, of course, because I'm the one who taught her how to skin.) At best, people will nullify the feature -- which is not necessarily a bad route, and one I've used a lot when I'm feeling uncreative. But a lot of skinners don't even seem to understand what it's for, and they'll put notices that get chopped up when displayed, or just leave a whitespace. It's really rather depressing. I would say something somewhere, but there isn't really any centralized place for it. (That used to be a dream of mine, one of those "hey, someone should do this" ideas: to create a site for animanga skinners, to discuss techniques and whatever else. But I think we're all too independent-minded for that. And we're also inconsistant and lazy, apt to disappear at any moment. Maybe I could make an LJ community at least... hm...)

But yeah, going through all my skins, many of my non-animanga skins have really cute easter eggs. I guess maybe that's because most of them are the best of 1K1WS, and those people know Winamp inside and out.

[So if we skinners don't get it, I guess you probably won't either. In Winamp, select the main window. Then type "nullsoft". You have to press escape after each 'l', as that's the shortcut for loading a file. Also, typing 's' will change your shuffle toggle. To make everything normal again, just repeat the procedure.]
