I just saw the craziest banner ad for Basilisk. It shows several of the characters one by one, mostly in pretty kick-ass poses. Then it says, "Click here to watch them die."
Most terrible. spoilerrific. advertisement. ever.
Okay, so it doesn't take more than the first episode to figure out how disposable people are going to be. And maybe it's good to have an idea of that beforehand. (It's kept me safely away from Elfen Lied, after all.) But still. Who is it going to attract?

So far, the English voices don't bother me, but I always wonder about the original voices, and the walkthrough was saying how awesome Lost Seraph (one of the special moves) sounds in Japanese, and now I'm even more curious. D:
And he did Tidus in Final Fantasy X. That seems . . . oddly appropriate somehow.

As a bit of a newcomer, he's probably going to get shafted into 'main male character with spiky hair' roles from now on... (I think he also did some motion-capture work for Advent Children, but I might not be remembering right.)
